PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic ribon wire having high hardness without raising the working cost at a low cost, and a producing method thereof and a producing apparatus thereof. SOLUTION: The metallic ribon wire is produced with a melting process A for metal with a metal melting device 1, a casting and forming process B for casting and forming into a continuous hoop-state by dripping the molten metal and using a rotating roll device 2 and a winding process C for the hoop- state metal with a winding device 3 to make the metallic ribon wire.
