PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste photographic liquid treatment method capable of solidifying waste photographic liquids by a simple method and easily treating these liquids and a waste photographic liquid treatment apparatus. SOLUTION: This waste photographic liquid treatment method is a waste photographic liquid treatment method of executing waste liquid treatment by including a deposition stage S02 for depositing at least part of the dissolution components of the waste photographic liquids from these liquids. The method described above has a stage S01 for adding at least either of pulp and hydrodissociatable paper to the waste photographic liquids in at least any stage before the start of the deposition stage S02, during this stage and after the end thereof. As a result, the waste photographic liquids are solidified. The resulted solids are granulated.
