PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which enables long-time continuous extrusion into a film while avoiding the deposition of resin tailings without detriment to transparency by adding a specified amount of a silicone oil having a specified refractive index to a polyolefin resin. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by adding 200-1,500 ppm of a silicone oil with a refractive index of 1.45-1.52 to a polyolefin resin. Although not particularly limited, the silicone oil is exemplified by a phenylmethylsilicone oil represented by the formula (wherein (m) and (n) are each a positive integer). Although not particularly limited, the viscosity of the silicone oil is desirably 5-10,000 mm2/s. The polyolefin resin is not particularly limited and is exemplified by a polyethylene, a polypropylene or an ethylene/propylene copolymer. The resin composition is recognized to show a marked effect in, especially, a composition containing fine particles of an inorganic material such as silica, a glass fiber, a metallic fiber, a pigment, and the like.
