PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body which is easy in forming a drain hole at a position high in water draining effect and easy in manufacture, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A first surface 11 and a second surface 12 are formed of a sheet 1 on which a heat-weldable cloth 3 is laminated on its outer surface, and an M-shaped folded portion 15 is formed on its boundary part. The first surface 11 is adhered to a first inner folded surface 16 are adhered to each other at a fold-joining portion 21, and the first inner folded surface 16 and a second inner folded surface 17 are heat-welded through the cloth 3. As a result, a non-adhered drain hole 26 is formed between the second surface 12 and the second inner folded surface 17.
