PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article storage box collecting device capable of collecting article storage boxes being carried in two lines at the front and the back in parallel to a specified position regardless of their size. SOLUTION: This article storage box collecting device comprises a carrying device 1 to carry article storage boxes arranged in two lines at the front and the back, a middle collecting device, and an elevation device 9 to elevate the middle collecting device, and the middle collecting device is provided with a gear 2 positioned under the carrying device 1, first to fourth racks 3, 4, 5, 6 extended to be parallel to a diagonal line from each corner part of a rectangle concentric to the gear 2 to be slidable in a length direction, an arm 7 provided to stand above them, an L-shaped presser 8 provided at an upper end of the arm 7, and a sliding device 10 to slide either one of the first to fourth racks 3, 4, 5, 6 in the length direction, where the first to fourth racks 3, 4, 5, 6 are engaged with the gear 2.
