PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow drive by either of hand force or foot force, and also by both force of them at the same time. SOLUTION: Hand force is engaged or released with/from foot force by inserting or pulling off a stopper pin 3 into/from a crankarm 2, and a pedal 4 is moved by a slide crank 8 to change a driving method.
