PURPOSE: A headlamp assembly is provided to regulate a gap between a headlamp housing and a frame and to secure a favorable combination between an adjusting screw and the headlamp housing. CONSTITUTION: A headlamp assembly is composed of a headlamp housing(100) mounted to a frame(140); an adjusting screw(110) having an outside(113) screw-combined to the headlamp housing, an inside(112) for limiting a through-hole(112a), and a first side(111) contacted to the frame; a bolt(120) composed of a first end(121) passing through the through-hole and an intermediate unit(122) received in the through-hole, and fixed to the frame; and a nut(130) screw-combined to the first end of the bolt to pressurize the adjusting screw for the frame and to pressurize a second side(114) of the adjusting screw facing the first side. The bolt has a second end(123) screw-combined and fixed to the frame.
