The pressing-out appliance has dosing device (14) with a means of adjustment (26) to adjust the dispensed amount of substance, a driving component (27) interacting with a pressing-out element (13), and a return device. The dosing device has a fixed mounting component (29) and a movable component (30) in the longitudinal direction of the appliance. The driving component on one side is installed on a free end of the movable component and on the other side is fixed in a guide tube fitted on the pressure plunger (15) for the connecting of the movable component of the dosing device to the guide tube.
