PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin (plasticization-adhesive resin) having a property to generate stickiness by plastic deformation, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a method for locking a screw using the resin. SOLUTION: The plasticization-adhesive resin comprises an atactic polypropylene (APP) and a wax component, the compounding ratio of the APP is 85-40 wt.% and that of the wax component is 15-60 wt.%. A 1-10 pts.wt. metal powder whose average diameter is less than 100μm may be contained in a 100 pts.wt. composition of the APP and the wax component as a shielding material. The resin is produced by compounding the APP and the wax component in a weight ratio of 85-40:15-60, by melt-mixing the compounded material obtained, and then by cooling till a temperature below its coagulation point, e.g., a string type product is obtained by extruding a hot kneaded material by pressurization from a nozzle-head having an opening of a desired shape.
