PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based polymer excellent in the balance between elasticity and impact resistance, having a high rubber content, low fish eye counts and less amount of ethylene chain component which is produced at the polypropylene block copolymerization stage and causes lowering of physical properties. SOLUTION: The propylene-based polymer particle is composed of a room-temperature n-decane-soluble part (D<SB>sol</SB>) and a room-temperature n-decane-insoluble part (D<SB>insol</SB>), where the D<SB>sol</SB>and the D<SB>insol</SB>each has GPC molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of≤4.0, the molar concentration of skeletons derived from one or more olefins selected from among ethylene and≥4Cα-olefins is 20-55 mol%, the relation D<SB>sol</SB>/(D<SB>sol</SB>+D<SB>insol</SB>)×100≥10 wt.% is satisfied, and the intrinsic viscosity ([η](dl/g)) of the Dsol is≥1.5, and further the fish eyes measured in 600 cm<SP>2</SP>area and≤40μm thickness of the polypropylene-based polymer is 30 pieces or less.
