PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair rinse which contains a highly polymerized silicone having viscosity of≥1,000, 000 centistokes at 25°C and reduces stickiness to give smooth finger passableness, when hair is rinsed, among hair cosmetics characterized by not targeting the deformation of the hair. SOLUTION: One or more sulfhydryl group-containing reducible compounds, especially thioglycolic acid or its salt or derivative, are compounded in an amount in terms of thioglycolic acid of 0.1 to 2.0 wt.%, preferably 0.5 to 1.5 wt.%.
