A rotary hinge apparatus for a mobile communication terminal is provided to enable a front rotary hinge to be rotated back and forth as much as a predetermined angle by elastically supporting the front rotary hinge by a plurality of ball plungers and supporting the plurality of ball plungers by a supporter, thereby variously adjusting the arrangement of a sub-body part and easily using the mobile communication terminal. A rotary hinge apparatus for a mobile communication terminal comprises the followings: a front rotary hinge(54) of which a rotating shaft(52) is projected; a rear rotary hinge(64) in which a through-hole is formed, wherein the rotating shaft(52) is penetrated; a plurality of ball plungers(70,90) which elastically support the front rotary hinge(54); a supporter(114) in which the plurality of ball plungers(70,90) are supported and the above through-hole is formed; and a holding member(120) which is inserted into the rotating shaft(52) so as to prevent detachment of the rotating shaft(52) and is suspended on the supporter(114).
