PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorber which has a high absorption rate, hardly causes remaining of liquid on a skin abutment surface thereby to provide an excellent dry feeling, and hardly causes returning of excreted body fluid, and to provide absorbent resin powder to be suitably used in the absorber.SOLUTION: The absorbent resin powder 4 satisfies the following requirements (a)-(d): (a) a bulk density is 0.45 g/ml-0.62 g/ml; (b) an absorption rate, measured by a vortex method, is 20 to 50 seconds; (c) a liquid-passage rate under a load is equal to or less than 10 seconds; and (d) a moisture absorption blocking ratio is equal to or less than 5%. The absorber 1 is obtained by using the absorbent resin powder 4. An absorbent article includes the absorber 1. |
