PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a device to arrange a seat etc. in a forward-looking or a backward-looking manner in a baby carriage, such that the device is removable in a practical and simple manner. SOLUTION: In this device, each side face of the seat is provided with an anchor mechanism provided in a chassis of the baby carriage to make direct connection by a corresponding attachment. The anchor mechanism is stored in the lower side of a body 4, and has a projection 5 with an inclined edge 6. The inclined edge 6 is inserted by moving a lateral pin 11 slidably inserted into a box 9.
