PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a communication charge in a mobile communication terminal usable of a plurality of telephone numbers. SOLUTION: A control section 110 acquires charging system information indicating respective charging systems of the selectable telephone numbers and operating state information denoting respective operating states of the telephone numbers from a charging information area 162 of a storage section 160 and a subscriber identification card 171 or the charging information area 162 of the storage section 160 or the subscriber identification card 171, and selects a telephone number providing the cheapest communication charge for its own telephone number on the basis of the acquired charging system information and the acquired operating state information. The charging system information includes information of the presence/absence of application of accounting exclusion and a time zone discount or the like and their details. The control section 110 selects the telephone number providing the cheapest communication charge at that point of time on the basis of the operating state at a point of communication time.
