PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a desired S/N ratio by reducing distortion of an amplifier in an on-board receiver with a simple configuration and control. SOLUTION: The receiver comprises radio waver receiving means (11, 12); an amplifier means (15) for amplifying the received signals received by the radio wave receiving means (11, 12); and a control means (16) for controlling the degree of matching between the radio wave receiving means (11, 12) and the amplifier means (15) so that it is in an unmatched state when an output level or an input level of the amplifier means (15) is not less than a predetermined level.
