PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element where both the luminescence characteristics and driving durability are satisfactory. SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element has an organic compound layer comprising at least one light emitting layer between a pair of electrodes. At least one layer of the organic compound layer contains at least one kind selected from a trispinel benzene derivative and a dipyrenyl benzene derivative, and at least one kind selected from a tetraphenyl pyrene derivative and a tetraamino pyrene derivative, in the organic electroluminescent element.
