PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase and decrease of attraction force of an armature due to voltage fluctuation. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic actuator comprises: first yokes 1, 2, 5, 6 and 9 for forming a magnetic path; second yokes 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 for forming the magnetic path connected to the first yokes 1, 2, 5, 6 and 9; a solenoid coil 10 for increasing and decreasing magnetic fluxes inside the first yokes 1, 2, 5, 6 and 9 and the second yokes 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9; the armature 9 freely moving from the inside of the first yokes 1, 2, 5, 6 and 9 to the inside of the second yokes 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9; and an operation rod 8 fixed to the armature 9, freely movably passing through the second yokes 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 and connected to a switch 12.
