PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for decollete achieving visual harmony of decollete part and the face while suppressing the adhesion of the cosmetic to clothes. SOLUTION: The cosmetic for decollete contains (1) silicic anhydride, (2) flakes of titanium mica and/or borosilicate glass coated with titanium dioxide and (3) a crosslinked methylpolysiloxane. Preferably, the silicic anhydride has an average particle diameter of 10-15μm and the mass ratio of titanium dioxide to mica in the titanium mica is 2:1 to 5:4. The preferable embodiment of the cosmetic is an emulsion containing (1) 10-20 mass% silicic anhydride, (2) 0.5-3 mass% titanium mica and borosilicate glass coated with titanium dioxide and (3) 0.5-3 mass% crosslinked methylpolysiloxane.
