<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encoder communication circuit that is used in place of an encoder to identify a point of the anomaly when an anomaly occurs in communication. <P>SOLUTION: Processing equipment is so constructed that position information and the like are fed back by encoders 20, 30 and a servo motor 16 is controlled by a controller 10 to move a table 17. When an anomaly occurs in communication between the encoder 20 and a communication circuit device 14, the encoder communication circuit 50 is used in place of the encoder 20 to identify the point of the occurrence of the anomaly. When connected to the controller 10 through a communication cable 13, the encoder communication circuit 50 outputs encoder data composed of predetermined position or speed data and alarm data to the controller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
