<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a distribution document while shielding information out of a disclosure range corresponding to a designated distribution object person from a document of the same content only by designating the distribution object person. <P>SOLUTION: In a host terminal 10, when a print instruction of document information with designation of a distribution object person is received, a print data creation part 142 specifies disclosure information for the distribution object person from the document information based on information such as disclosure attribute retained by a disclosure attribute management part 131, and creates from the document information print data for distribution document in which the disclosure information of the document information is composed of an image of a content relevant thereto and non-disclosure information other than the disclosure information is composed of a shielded image. A print job creation part 142 controls a printer 20, based on the print data, to print a distribution document of the print-instructed document information in which the disclosure information corresponding to the distribution object person is formed of the image of the relevant content and the non-disclosure information is formed of the shielded image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
