PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a static electricity measuring device not impeding static electricity measurement in a droplet scattering atmosphere. SOLUTION: In the installation structure of the static electricity measuring device 1 comprising a surface potentiometer 3, a cable 4 connected to the surface potentiometer 3, and a probe 5 provided on the tip of the cable 4, the surface potentiometer 3 is installed outside a drip-proof cover 2, and the cable 4 and probe 5 are installed inside the droplet scattering atmosphere A in the drip-proof cover 2. The structure includes a liquid-proof tube 6 involving the cable 4 and probe 5; and a spacer 7 provided on the tip part of the liquid-proof tube 6 and holding the probe 5 on the axial center part of the liquid-proof tube 6, the tip of the liquid-proof tube 6 is projected from the probe 5 tip to protect the probe 5 from scattered droplets.
