PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating method of a rolling bearing, capable of preventing surface damage of a raceway surface by preventing revolving skid and autorotating skid of a rolling element and ensuring a sufficient lubricant quantity. SOLUTION: The lubricating method of the rolling bearing including an outer ring 11 having an outer ring raceway surface 11a on the inner circumferential surface, an inner ring having an inner ring raceway surface 12a on the outer circumferential surface, a plurality of rolling elements 13 disposed between the outer ring raceway surface 11a and the inner ring raceway surface 12a to be rollable, and a retainer 14 having a pocket part 20 retaining the plurality of rolling elements 13 at substantially equal circumferential intervals comprises injecting lubricant toward an inner wall part 21 facing the circumferential direction of a recessed part 15 provided at an axial end of the retainer 14 so as to communicate with the pocket part 20.
