PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the manufacturing operation efficiency of an optical element and to obtain stable characteristics. SOLUTION: After sticking dummy materials (3) to one surface (12a) other than a laser light incident surface (2i) of a wavelength conversion crystal (2) and another surface (12a) opposed to the surface (12a), the laser light incident surface (2i) is stuck to a certain surface of a laser light outgoing surface (1o) of a laser crystal (1).
