PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for information display driving display media satisfactorily without deteriorating quality of images. SOLUTION: In the panel for information display, cells isolated from each other by partitions are formed in a space between two substrates facing each other, at least one of which is transparent, and two or more kinds of display media comprising one or more kinds of particles and having optical reflectivities and electrostatic charging properties are enclosed in the cells, and an electric field is applied to the display media to move the display media by giving a potential difference between line electrodes provided on the two substrates to face each other, whereby information such as an image is displayed. The line electrodes provided on the substrates are constituted by connecting cell-shaped electrode portions fit to cell shapes formed by partitions with narrow line electrode portions which connect the cell-shaped electrode portions and have a width narrower than the width of an entire line electrode.
