PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor mounting body capable of reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: This thermistor mounting body 100, which is a thermistor mounting body 100 mounted on a coolant pipe 6, is equipped with a thermistor chip 1 for detecting a temperature, a mold material 3 as an insulating protection material for covering the periphery of the thermistor chip 1, a roughly U-shaped springy fixing tool 10 for sandwiching the coolant pipe 6 in the pressure contact state, and a heat-conductive gel 11 interposed between the mold material 3 and the springy fixing tool 10. The thermistor chip 1, the mold material 3 and the heat-conductive gel 11 are positioned between the springy fixing tool 10 and the coolant pipe 6 in the state where the springy fixing tool 10 sandwiches the coolant pipe 6 in the pressure contact state.
