PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize contamination of a sensor and an abnormal value in an early stage by making more suitable (smaller) values with which normalcy of a non-contact type temperature sensor and a contact type sensor is confirmed. SOLUTION: Normalcy confirmation values of the non-contact type temperature sensor 5 and contact type temperature sensor 4 are changed, between a case when power supply to a heater lamp 2 is started from a state wherein the surface temperature of a heat roll 1 is almost at room temperature and the surface temperature of the heat roll 1 rises up to printable temperature and a case when the surface temperature of the heat roll 1 falls from a high-temperature state since the power is not supplied to the heater lamp 2 and then the power supply to the heater lamp 2 is restarted.
