PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep refrigeration power even when a device is replaced by a refrigerating device for a HFC refrigerant in existing indoor equipment and indoor piping designed for a HCFC refrigerant, to prevent degradation of operation efficiency caused by increase of pressure loss by preventing increase of a flow rate of the refrigerant, and to stably operate the indoor equipment by keeping the temperature of the refrigerant circulated in the indoor equipment constant. SOLUTION: A prescribed refrigerant temperature of a liquid refrigerant capable of providing refrigeration power required by the indoor equipment of a main refrigerating cycle is set, and an opening of a pressure reducing device of a sub-refrigerating cycle is increased when the refrigerant temperature is higher than the prescribed refrigerant temperature so that the refrigerant temperature of an outlet at a main refrigerating cycle side of a heat exchanger for supercooling becomes same as the prescribed refrigerant temperature, thus the stable refrigeration power can be supplied to the indoor equipment.
