PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an adaptor for mounting an exhaust tube, to an upper side of a combustion device without getting out in the depth direction. SOLUTION: An internal unit 10 incorporating a burner is inserted and received in a case 40. Exhaust ports 7, 8 for an exhaust gas in combustion of the burner are formed on a top face wall 3 of the case 40 and a top face 2 of the internal unit 10, and an exhaust seal packing 9 surrounding the exhaust port 8 is disposed on the top face 2 while controlling its position by a packing position control member 11. A seal portion 12 is projected downward from the top face wall 3 of the case 40, and the internal unit 10 is inserted and moved while pressing and compressing the exhaust seal packing 9 from an upper side by the seal portion 12. Turning-up of a tip side of the exhaust seal packing 9 is prevented by a packing pressing member 13 in moving the internal unit 10, positioning of the exhaust ports 7, 8 are performed, the exhaust seal packing 9 is compressed by the seal portion 12 at the circumference of the exhaust ports 7, 8, and the internal unit 10 is fixed in the case 40 in an air-tight state.
