The invention relates to a tube connection (1) for non-removably connecting an insertion end (2) of a tube (3) to a connecting sleeve (4) having a retention ring (18) encompassing the insertion end (2) on the circumference thereof and disposed in an internal groove (12) of the connecting sleeve (4). The connecting sleeve (4) comprises a slit-shaped wall cutout (13) around a partial region of a circumference of an approximately cylindrical sleeve segment (11) comprising the internal groove (12), through which the retention ring (18) can be inserted to produce the connection.
