PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared detecting device capable of reducing size of a circuit configuration by providing common use of a voltage amplifying circuit and a timer circuit in a side detecting a human body. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pyroelectric element 1, an I/V converting part 2 converting an output current of the pyroelectric element 1 into voltage and outputting it, a signal detecting part 3 mainly detecting a human body from the output voltage of the I/V converting part 2, and a popcorn noise detecting part 4 detecting popcorn noise from the output voltage of the I/V converting part 2. The signal detecting part 3 has the voltage amplifying circuit 31 amplifying the output voltage of the I/V converting part 2 and outputting it. A plurality of switches for switching to the timer circuit 31' is provided inside the voltage amplifying circuit 31. A control part 5 is provided for controlling the switches when the popcorn noise is detected. |
