Provided is a wireless communication device. The wireless communication device is provided with: a correspondence relationship storage unit (214) which stores a correspondence relationship table that associates a PSID and a vehicle state in which the service indicated by the PSID can be used; and a usability determination unit (217) which, on the basis of an own vehicle state acquired by a vehicle state acquisition unit (212) and a PSID which is included in a WSA received from a provider terminal, references the correspondence relationship table stored in the correspondence relationship storage unit (214), and determines whether a service provided from the provider terminal can be used in the current own vehicle state. A vehicle-side communication unit (22) does not open the service channel with the channel number included in the received WSA if the determination by the usability determination unit (217) was that the service cannot be used.
