摘要 Provided is a light-transmitting electroconductive material that is suitable as a light-transmitting electrode in a touch panel using an electrostatic capacitance method, does not generate moiré patterns when overlaid on a liquid crystal display, is excellent in terms of pattern conspicuousness (non-conspicuousness), and is highly reliable. This light-transmitting electroconductive material, which has on a light-transmitting support body a light-transmitting electroconductive layer having light-transmitting sensor sections electrically connected to terminal parts and light-transmitting dummy sections not electrically connected to the terminal parts, is characterized in that the sensor sections and the dummy sections are configured from a fine metal wire pattern having a mesh-like shape, with the outline shape of the sensor sections extending in a first direction within the plane of the light-transmitting electroconductive layer, the dummy sections arranged so as to alternate with the sensor sections in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction, the sensor sections arranged with a period of L in the second direction, at least a portion of the fine metal wire pattern in the sensor sections having a period of 2L/N (where N is any natural number) in the second direction, and the fine metal wire pattern in the dummy sections having a period greater than 2L/N in the second direction, or not having periodicity.
