PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus that can apply a playback effect to moving images according to switching of images in the moving images.SOLUTION: There is provided an image processing apparatus for playing back moving images, the image processing apparatus comprising: determination means that determines a change in moving images to be played back; and image processing means that, when the determination means has determined a change in the moving image, applies a playback effect in processing to the moving images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
