GRASS BRIQUET AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A grass coal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a nature destruction since a grass coal is made with the grass obtained from mountain and field and to prevent an air pollution since a grass coal does not contain harmful components such as dust, sulfur oxide, and nitrogen oxide which are generated at the burning of a fossil fuel such as a coal in the discharged smoke from a process using a grass coal as a fuel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a grass coal comprises the following steps. A step of picking grass; a step of a natural drying or a hot air drying of grass to have 3-7% of water content; a step of cutting the dried grass to the length of 0.1mm-2.0cm; a step of uniform mixing after adding 8.0-10.0 weight% of grass seed, 2.0-9.0 weight% of charcoal dust made by burning twig and residual wood, 1.0-3.0 weight % of pyroligneous liquor, and 1.0-3.0 weight% of sericite powder to 75.0-85.0 weight% of cut grass; a step of coal molding by compression of the mixed materials in a mold; and a step of natural drying of a molded grass coal for 1-2 days at a place where moisture is not penetrated.
