According to the present invention, a cannula driver capable of coupling a suture anchor during a boring process of a bore groove for fixing soft tissue to a bone includes: a striker provided at an end portion thereof with a taper-shaped tip for boring a the bore groove, and coupled to the suture anchor such that the tip is exposed to the outside; and a guide member intubated with the striker to press-fit the suture anchor by driving the striker backward. The present invention has a structure of exposing the tip for the boring work while the striker, which is coupled to the suture anchor, is inserted into the guide member so as to be driven in the forward and backward direction, thereby boring the bore groove and coupling the anchor without a process of removing the striker and reinserting a guide cannula.
