The present invention provides a multi-gear transmission for a vehicle that has at least nine drive gears and one reverse gear. The multi-gear transmission has a relatively small number of parts and a simple configuration such that an engine can be operated at desired operation, thereby providing improvement in fuel efficiency of the vehicle, and the engine can be operated more quietly, thereby improving the quietness of the vehicle.
