The present invention provides a lighting rod structure in a building. The lighting rod structure in the building includes: a lighting rod disposed on a roof of the building to be movable; a grounding unit disposed underground where the building is located; a connection conducting line unit which is extended underground along an insulation pipe formed in a file to support the building, and which connects the lighting rod and the grounding unit; and a grounding monitoring unit which supplies impulse current of a predetermined level to the lighting rod and which monitors whether the current flows into the grounding unit along the connection conducting line unit. |
