The present invention relates to a wire bending device for assembling a car seat, comprising: a base having a fixating hole vertically penetrated; a shaft inserted downwards from the fixating hole to be fixated and protruded to an upper end of the base; a rotor having a rotation hole vertically penetrated to have an identical height with an upper end surface of the shaft, to be inserted to an outer diameter of the shaft; a post pin of a cylindrical shape coupled to be protruded on an upper end of the shaft; a bending tool installed on an upper surface of the rotor, to closely contact an outer diameter of a wire on an opposite side of the outer diameter coming in contact with an outer diameter of the post pin; a pair of fixating members protruding on the upper end of the shaft, installed apart in a predefined distance to closely contact both sides of the outer diameter of the wire contacting the post pin; and a rotating means of the rotor to bend the wire against the post pin by rotating and pressing the wire located between the fixating members while in contact with the outer diameter of the post pin. As such, the device is able to bend the wire in a predefined rotation angle by a predefined strength to allow a consistent and uniform bending process, to increase the productivity and to reduce a defect rate during a wire bracket assembly process of the car seat to improve the product quality the car seat. |
