PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file system that reduces the burden of a server device while allowing the server device to make file sharing management.SOLUTION: A terminal device (first terminal device, referred to as terminal device T1 herein) of any of conference participants downloads a file from a server device S. The terminal device T1 then adds a mandatory display command to the downloaded file and transmits the file to another terminal device T2 to Tn (second terminal device) over direct communication in accordance with a user operation. The second terminal device that has received this file displays the file since the mandatory display command is added to the file.
