PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a utility balance when catching COin fumes discharged from the regeneration zone of a catalytic cracker by an amine treatment unit.SOLUTION: HP (high pressure) vapor generated by cooling fumes is used as a driving source of a regenerative air blower (MAB) of a fluid catalytic cracker (FCC) or as a driving source of a back pressure turbine of a cracked gas compressor (WGC), thereby LP (low pressure) vapor is generated, and is used to regenerate amine in an amine treatment unit (AMN).
