PURPOSE: An atmospheric plasma device is provided to prevent sparks or arcs between electrodes and suppress the loss of the electrode by using insulation liquid. CONSTITUTION: An atmospheric plasma device (100) includes a reactor body (110), a dielectric tube (130), a power electrode (142), a ground electrode (144), and insulation liquid (120). The reactor body has a sealed storage space inside. The dielectric tube passes through the inside of a reactor. The power electrode and the ground electrode are in contact with the dielectric tube in the reactor. The insulation liquid is stored in the storage space of the reactor body. |
