A touch display panel and a fabricating method therefor, and a display device. The touch display panel comprises: a liquid crystal screen (1) and a protection cover plate (2) covering a light-exiting side of the liquid crystal screen (1).The touch display panel also comprises a sound elimination film layer (3). The sound elimination film layer (3) lies at the light-exiting side of the liquid crystal screen (1) and is used for eliminating sound waves produced by touching the touch display panel. By providing the sound elimination film layer (3), the touch display panel can eliminate vibrating sound waves produced during the process of tapping and touching, which avoids an arrangement difference of liquid crystal molecules due to the vibrating sound waves and thus avoids a display shadow caused by the vibrating sound waves, thereby greatly improving the display shadow produced during the process of tapping and touching.
