摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A graphene oxide manufacturing method for mass production is provided to cost-effectively manufacture plenty of graphene by removing the risk of explosion during a graphite oxide manufacturing process and increasing the expanding and exfoliating efficiency of the graphite oxide based on ultrasound wave treatment. CONSTITUTION: A graphene oxide manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing plenty of Teflon coated metal beads (S100); freezing a potassium chlorate solution (S110); preparing a graphite mixed solution by introducing 14-18 parts by weight of sulfuric acid and 7-11 parts by weight of nitric acid into 1 parts by weight of graphite powder (S120); dispersing the graphite mixed solution based on ultrasound waves (S130); generating graphite oxide by injecting the potassium chlorate solution in the frozen state into the dispersed product, maintaining the temperature within the range of 1-5°C, and stirring the dispersed product at the non-uniform rotary speed (S140); separating the metal beads from the graphite oxide, centrifuging the graphite oxide, and separating suspended liquid from the graphite oxide (S150); washing the graphite oxide with a sulfuric acid solution (S160); diluting the graphite oxide with deionized water until the pH of the graphite oxide becomes in the range of 6.8-7.2, and filtering the graphite oxide (S170); vacuum-drying the graphite oxide (S180); expanding the graphite oxide by thermal treatment, and obtaining exfoliated graphene (S190). In the step of (S120), the sulfuric acid and the nitric acid are in the frozen state and are injected into the graphite powder with a spray form.
