PURPOSE: A chip for detecting neural stem cells (NSCs)is provided to have reliability correspond to an analysis result of FACS by detecting differentiation of NSCs by on-site. CONSTITUTION: A chip for differentiation detecting neural stem cells (NSCs) comprise a gold working electrode on a substrate. The chip additionally includes a counter electrode, a reference electrode, or both. A sensor for differentiation detecting NSCs includes the chip. A differentiation verifying method of NSCs comprise (a) a step of contacting cell of analyzing sample on the chip for differentiation detection NSCs of the sensor for differentiation detection NSCs, and (b) a step of measuring the current variance by the NSCs.
