摘要 The invention pertains to technologies of optical laser materials that are used as the optical environment in order to make the infrared picosecondary and femtosecondary impulse radiation visible. Raw materials for production of new material is copper (99.99%), selenium (99.98%) and quartz glass of appropriate size. Production method consists of gradual depositing by thermal spraying of selenium on the quarz glass and spraying of copper by magnetron on the selenium in vacuum. The technical result of this invention is reduction of dimensions by preserving the ability of transformation and increase of production capacity of the product. The produced new material is different from the classical non-linear crystals, it is smaller and its production is cheaper.
