PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined cycle generating plant which can preheat a condensate and a feed water supplied from a condenser to an exhaust heat recovery boiler to a suitable temperature even in the case of a starting operation or a gasification furnace tripping operation. SOLUTION: This combined cycle generating plant is provided with a feed water preheater 33 on the outlet side of the condensate preheater 32 of a condensate-feed water system 29 and a steam supply system 34 for supplying a steam from an exhaust heat recovery boiler 3 as a heating source for the feed water preheater 33.
