PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reinforcer holding work by holding a holding jig which is opened to be wider than the thickness of the reinforcer when the reinforcer is put in a mold and closed during molding to be adhered to both sides of the reinforcer. SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric 18 is set in a lower mold 6, and the holding pieces 10, 11 of a pair in a holding jig 9 are opened to the maximum width. A reinforcer 14 is pushed/inserted between the opened pieces 10, 11 while the fabric 18 is pushed by the reinforcer 14. After that, each piece 10, 11 is held by being closed by an air cylinder while being adhered to both sides of the reinforcer 14 through the fabric 18. In this way, when the reinforcer 14 is put in a mold, since the pieces 10, 11 are opened to be wider than the thickness of the reinforcer 14, work for inserting the reinforcer 14 between the pieces 10, 11 is made easy.
