PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply suitable arrival forecast information corresponding to the current position of a user by voice to the respective users using one of a plurality of elevators. SOLUTION: This voice guide device of an elevator includes: a group management control device 1 for determining an assigned car among the cars of the plurality of elevators according to a landing call; and a voice guide means for supplying the arrival informaiton and the arrival forecast information of the assigned car assigned by the group management control device 1 at a landing floor. As the voice guide means, the guide device includes a super-directional speaker 5 for performing voice guide to a predetermined positional range requiring information transmission about the arrival guide and the arrival forecast guide of the assigned car, and the super-directional speaker 5 is provided with predetermined directivity to inhibit propagation of voice over the predetermined positional range.
