PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a PTP package with good separability at a notch of the PTP package. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the PTP package includes a thermoplastic resin layer having at least two notches and a storage part disposed between the two notches, and a thin metallic film laminated at an opening of the storage part of the thermoplastic resin layer. The method includes (1) a heating step for heating the thermoplastic resin layer, (2) a molding step for molding the heated thermoplastic resin layer by a mold of the storage part to form the storage part, (3) a filling step for filling the storage part with a chemical, (4) a sealing step for heat-sealing the thin metallic film to seal the chemical in the storage part, and (5) a forming step for forming the notches on the thermoplastic resin layer.
